Radikal NV (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Fixio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you install or use our app in connection with your store.

2. Information We Collect

From Merchants (Store Owners):

  • Store name and ID

  • Contact information provided in Shopify (e.g., email)

  • Shopify store data needed for app functionality

From Merchant’s Store (Customer Data):

  • Stored: Only customer name (ownerName), customer ID, order ID, product ID, location ID

  • Not stored: Customer email, phone, addresses, and full order/product/payment details (queried in real time from Shopify when needed)

Repair/Service Data Stored by Fixio:

  • Service descriptions, categories, pricing, statuses, timeline comments

  • Repair-related images (secure storage)

  • Payment order IDs (no payment card data)

We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Shopify.


3. Purpose of Collection

We collect and store data only to operate Fixio’s features, including:

  • Creating and managing service/repair tickets

  • Tracking statuses and timelines

  • Handling deposits or final payments

  • Displaying relevant customer/order/product info when managing services

  • Sending notifications when enabled

  • Providing merchant support and app improvements

  • Conducting app usage analytics (Google Analytics) and communication (Mantle)


4. Data Sharing

We may share data with:


  • Shopify – to access store and order data as authorized by the merchant

  • Mantle – for support, communication, and issue resolution

  • Gadget.dev – for app hosting and data storage (US-based)

  • Google Analytics – for usage analytics

We do not sell or rent data to third parties.


5. Data Storage & Security

  • Service data stored securely by Gadget.dev (US)

  • Data is encrypted in transit and at rest

  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only

  • No payment card details are stored by Fixio


6. Data Retention

We retain merchant and service data for at least 30 days after app uninstall (longer if needed for possible reinstall).

Merchants can request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].



7. Merchant & Customer Rights

We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements for data access and deletion.

Merchants can request:

  • A copy of the data we hold about them

  • Deletion of their data

Requests can be made by email to [email protected].


8. App Permissions

Fixio requests the following Shopify API scopes:

  • write_payment_terms

  • write_draft_orders

  • read_third_party_fulfillment_orders

  • read_products

  • read_orders

  • read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders

  • read_locations

  • read_fulfillments

  • read_customers

We access orders, customers, products, locations, and POS data only as needed to deliver Fixio’s functionality.



9. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

For significant changes, we will notify merchants by email or via in-app notification.
