Adding Fixio to POS
- On your POS device, go to the home screen and tap Add tile.
- Select Apps → Fixio.
- Add both tiles:
- New Service
- Manage Services
First-Time Configuration
In Fixio Admin → Settings:
- Add your Service Categories (e.g., “Watch Repair”, “Jewelry Cleaning”).
- Define Service Statuses (e.g., “New”, “In Progress”, “Ready for Pickup”).
- Optionally set default pricing per category (editable per ticket).
