Creating a Service in Admin
- Go to Fixio Admin → Services → New Service.
- Choose From Existing Purchase (search by order, customer, or product) or Custom Service (items not purchased in your store).
- Fill in: Category, Status (default = New), Warranty flag (optional), Description, and up to five images.
- Link an existing customer.
- Save the ticket.
Creating a Service in POS
- Tap the New Service tile.
- Select a customer (existing only).
- Enter product name/brand (for custom), choose Category & Status, add a description, and set an estimated price (prefilled from category).
- Save the service.
Managing Services
- In Admin: search, filter, and sort by location, category, or status.
- In POS: use the Manage Services tile to view or update tickets.
- Status changes sync in real time across Admin and POS.
- Use the timeline for comments and progress notes.
💡 Tip: For multiple stores, filter tickets by location for easier management.
