Creating a Service in Admin

  1. Go to Fixio Admin → Services → New Service.
  2. Choose From Existing Purchase (search by order, customer, or product) or Custom Service (items not purchased in your store).
  3. Fill in: Category, Status (default = New), Warranty flag (optional), Description, and up to five images.
  4. Link an existing customer.
  5. Save the ticket.

Creating a Service in POS

  1. Tap the New Service tile.
  2. Select a customer (existing only).
  3. Enter product name/brand (for custom), choose Category & Status, add a description, and set an estimated price (prefilled from category).
  4. Save the service.

Managing Services

  • In Admin: search, filter, and sort by location, category, or status.
  • In POS: use the Manage Services tile to view or update tickets.
  • Status changes sync in real time across Admin and POS.
  • Use the timeline for comments and progress notes.

💡 Tip: For multiple stores, filter tickets by location for easier management.
